Frequently asked questions
What's the best way to display an Elite Trainer Box?
The best way to display an Elite Trainer Box is a rigid clear acrylic case that protects it while showing it off. The PLATINUM SERIES™ is made from ultra-clear premium acrylic with an exact fit, an N52 magnetic closure and over 99% UV protection. Premium-grade protection designed for your star pieces.
How does the case assemble and close?
With high-performance N52 magnets: they guarantee a secure closure and perfect alignment, with no adhesives or tools. Slide in your ETB, close the case and it sits stable and fully protected, and you can open it whenever you like without damaging anything.
Does it protect against sunlight and ageing?
Yes. The acrylic blocks over 99% of UV rays, preserving your ETB's colours and long-term value. The rounded corners reduce the risk of knocks and wear, and its stacking stability lets you build your ETB display without worries.
How long does shipping take, and what if I'm not convinced?
In-stock items leave our warehouse in Spain within 1 to 3 working days, with free shipping on orders over €30 across Europe. You have 14 days to return your order, no questions asked, and a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Write to us via the contact page and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
