We offer free shipping on all orders over 30€
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 natural days from the date of receipt, as established by the European Union consumer regulations. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging.
To start a return, contact our customer service team through our contact form or email. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (10€) unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It usually takes 14 natural days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
