Orders & Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from the moment we confirm them. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Yes. We currently ship to 10 countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time, please contact us through our contact form or email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 29 €
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 natural days from the date of receipt, as established by the European Union consumer regulations. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging.
To start a return, contact our customer service team through our contact form or email. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (10€) unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It usually takes 14 natural days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Products and sizes
It depends on the box. Standard 4-inch figures (about 10 cm) take the 4″ protector, 6-inch Super Sized figures take the 6″ one, and double boxes take the 2-Pack. If in doubt, measure the box and write to us.
SILVER SERIES™ (0.4 mm) is the everyday soft protector. GOLD SERIES™ (0.5 mm) is thicker and stiffer. Both come with a scratch-resistant film. PLATINUM SERIES™ is a rigid acrylic case with a magnetic closure and over 99% UV protection, for the pieces you would never replace.
