Shipping policy

Dispatch times
Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a second email with your tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping costs
- Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Portugal: free shipping on orders of 29 € or more. Below 29 €, shipping costs 6.50 €.
- Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: free shipping on orders of 49 € or more. Below 49 €, shipping costs 9.99 €.
The shipping cost is shown in full at checkout before you pay. No charges are added after the order is placed.
Your rights as a consumer
Under European consumer law you have the right to clear and accurate information about a product before you buy it, and to a legal conformity guarantee: the product you receive must match the description provided and be free of defects. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
