Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a second email with your tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order of 30 € or more for our customers in Europe.

For orders below 30 €, the shipping cost depends on the delivery address and is shown in full at checkout before you pay. No charges are added after the order is placed.

Your rights as a consumer

Under European consumer law you have the right to clear and accurate information about a product before you buy it, and to a legal conformity guarantee: the product you receive must match the description provided and be free of defects. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
