Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return an order. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, including all components and accessories.

Customised or personalised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use, damage or missing parts.

How to start a return

Write to support@thefanatikobrand.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send the parcel. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so the return reaches us safely.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs 10 €, which is deducted from your refund.

If the product arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we notify you by email. If the return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

The original outbound shipping cost is not refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.

90-day guarantee

Every Fanatiko product is covered by a 90-day guarantee against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase.

To open a guarantee claim, contact us with your order number, photos clearly showing the issue and a short description of the problem. If the claim meets our guarantee criteria we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.

Legal guarantee

Independently of our 90-day guarantee, you are entitled to the legal conformity guarantee granted by the consumer law of your country of residence, which is two years in most of the European Union and three years in Spain. Nothing in this policy limits that right.
