We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all components and accessories.

Please note that customized or personalized products are  non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

To start a return, contact us at support@thefanatikobrand.com and include your order number and proof of purchase.

Fanatiko reserves the right to decline returns that show any signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items upon arrival.
